随着国内外药物代谢动力学学科的发展,新技术、新理论层出不穷.本研究从教学课程改革和建设入手向学生展示课程最新最前沿的资讯,开阔学生视野,构建基于"案例分析+翻转课堂"的药物代谢动力学混合式教学理念和教学模式.采用启发式、探究式、批判思辨式等多元化教学方式,以案例教学和问题引导相结合、讲授式和"翻转课堂"相结合等多样的教学形式,实现"教师"和"学生"角色互换,提高本课程的创新性、前沿性、时代性和挑战度,培养学生解决复杂问题的综合能力和高级思维,进而提升课程内涵,建设高水平的课程体系,形成独特的培养特色.
With the development of pharmacokinetics discipline both domestically and internationally,new techniques and theories emerge endlessly.Starting from the reform and construction of teaching curriculum,this study presents the latest and cutting-edge information of the curriculum to students,broadens their horizons,and constructs a pharmacokinetic mixed teaching concept and teaching model based on"case analysis + flipped classroom".By adopting diversified teaching methods such as heuristic teaching,inquiry teaching,critical and speculative teaching and so on,as well as the combination of case teaching and problem guidance,the combination of lecturing and"flipped classroom"and other diverse teaching forms,the roles of"teacher"and"student"can be exchanged to improve the innovation,cutting-edge,epochal and challenging degree of this course,and cultivate students' comprehensive ability and advanced thinking to solve complex problems.And then enhance the curriculum connotation,build a high-level curriculum system,and develop unique training characteristics.
