[目的]探明贵州地方水稻品种资源的广亲和基因,为籼粳杂交水稻育种提供依据.[方法]利用S5n、S5i和S5j序列存在136 bp差异,采用分子标记辅助筛选贵州地方水稻广亲和资源.[结果]利用分子标记qh在609份贵州地方水稻种质资源中筛选到糯旱谷-1、本地燕麦谷、旱谷、纳包糯旱稻2号、弼佑旱稻、双江旱稻、八百粒和旱禾-3共8份广亲和水稻资源.通过分子标记检测8份广亲和水稻资源S5位点OFR3、OFR4和OFR5的基因型,其中八百粒基因型为+-n,为广谱性广亲和品种.[结论]贵州地方水稻资源品种八百粒为广谱性广亲和品种,qh标记可用于广亲和基因资源筛选.
[Objective]The wide-compatibility resources of local rice in Guizhou were explored,so as to provide basis for breeding of indica/japonica hybrid.[Method]As S5n(wide-compatibility gene)had 136 bp deletion compared with the S5i and S5j,the molecular marker-assis-ted was used to screen wide-compatibility materials in Guizhou.[Result]8 wide-compatibility local rice resources were screened out by the molecular marker qh,and the 8 local rice resources were Nuohangu-1,local oat grain,upland rice,Nabaonuohandao No.2,Biyou upland rice,Shuangjiang upland rice,Babaili and Hanhe-3.The genotype of OFR3,OFR4 and OFR5 at S5 site from 8 wide-compatibility local rice resources were detected by molecular marker.The genotype of Babaili was+-n,which was the wide-compatibility variety.[Conclusion]Babaili,one of the local rice resources was the wide-compatibility variety.The qh marker could be used for screening wide-compatibility gene resources.
