目前用掺杂元素的方法来改善三元材料性能已取得了显著的效果,而添加硼元素也是其中一种,因此有效快速准确地测出添加元素的含量对三元正极材料性能的改善是不可或缺的一部分.本文采用ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)法测定LiNixCoyMn1-x-yO2中掺杂硼的含量.探讨了波长的选择和元素干扰的相关问题.本文选择B249.772 nm作为测定波长.该方法的回收率为94.33%~99.35%,RSD(相对标准偏差)为0.71%.
At present,it has been made obvious performance to improve cathode materials with doping some elements,doping boron is one kind of it,so determining the content of B doping in cathode materials with an effective,fast and accurate way is indispensable part of cathode materials' performance improvement.Content of B(boron)doping in LiNixCoyMn1-x-yO2 was tested by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).It probed into the problem of element interference and wavelength selection.The experiment checked B249.772 nm wavelength to determine the content of B.The result showed that recovery rate was 94.33%~99.35%,RSD was 0.71%.
