目的:研究真武汤对膜性肾病大鼠血脂的影响.方法:把SD雄性大鼠 24 只随机分为正常组、模型对照组、模型实验组,各8只.用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白16 mg溶于1.6 mL生理盐水中与1.6 mL不完全弗氏佐剂充分乳化,对模型对照组及模型实验组大鼠多点皮下注射 0.2 mL,隔日一次,每周 3 次,预免疫 1 周.再取阳离子化牛血清白蛋白予 16 mg/kg尾静脉注射正式免疫,每日 1 次,每周 3 次,正式免疫 4 周后,检测尿蛋白,模型制作成功后,用真武汤对模型实验组大鼠按照 19.02 g/kg体质量每天灌胃 1 次,连续灌胃 4 周,然后检测实验开始前、模型制作后及灌胃结束后三组血胆固醇和三酰甘油指标.结果:三组血胆固醇和三酰甘油无明显差异(P>0.01).结论:真武汤无明显降血脂作用,还需要进一步研究.
Objective:To study the effect of Zhenwu decoction(真武汤)on blood lipids in rats with membranous nephropathy.Methods:Twenty-four SD male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model control group and model exper-imental group,with 8 rats in each group.After 16 mg cationized bovine serum albumin was dissolved in 1.6 mL normal saline and fully emulsified with 1.6 mL incomplete Freund adjuvant,the rats in the model control group and the model experimental group were injected with 0.2 mL subcutaneously at multiple points,once every other day,3 times a week,and pre-immunized for one week.Then cat-ionized bovine serum albumin was given 16 mg/kg by tail vein injection for formal immunization,once a day,three times a week.After four weeks of formal immunization,urine protein was detected.After the model was successfully made,rats in the model experimental group were given Zhenwu decoction once a day at 19.02 g/kg body weight for four consecutive weeks.Then the blood cholesterol and triglyceride indexes in the three groups were detected before the start of the experiment,after the model was made and after the end of gavage.Results:There was no significant difference in blood cholesterol and triglyceride among the three groups(P>0.01).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction has no obvious hypolipidemic effect,and further research on Zhenwu decoction is needed.
