再热热段弯管外弧面存在大面积龟裂,继续运行存在发生弹塑性断裂失效风险。结合该部件应力场有限元分析结果,基于GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》评定方法,对弯管可能的弹塑性断裂失效进行安全评定。评定结果表明,短期内所存在缺陷不会导致该模式的失效,工程应用实践证明了安全评定结果的准确性。
The large area cracking existed in extrados of reheat bending piping,that would result in elastic-plastic fracture risk.Combined with the finite element analysis results,and based on e-valuation method of GB/T 19624—2004“SafetyAssessment for Un-service Pressure Vessels Con-taining Defects”,the risk of elastic-plastic fracture failure was evaluated.The safety assessment showed that,the defects would not lead to failure of this model in a short term,and the applica-tion results proved it.
