对连铸机中间包流场进行优化,主要从挡渣墙结构、支撑板高度等方面对钢水在中间包内的停留时间、死区比例等进行优化.优化后,连铸坯的低倍凝固组织和低倍偏析一致性得到了明显提高,中包各流间钢水温度均匀性、氧氮含量偏差等方面得到了明显改善,铸坯质量提升显著,达到了预期效果,客户反馈良好.
The flow field of tundish of continuous casting machine was optimized,and the residence time and dead zone ratio of molten steel in tundish were optimized mainly from the aspects of slag retaining wall structure and support plate height.After optimization,the consistency of low-doubling solidification structure and low-doubling segregation consistency of continuous casting billet were significantly improved,and the temperature uniformity and oxygen and nitrogen content deviation of molten steel between different flows in tundish were significantly improved.The quality of casting billet has been improved significantly,the effect has reached the expected target,and the customer has given good feedback.
