核电用某型闸阀在进行无介质、有介质、蒸汽介质3 种不同工况下的动作性能检查时,在无介质、蒸汽介质工况下执行开启动作至开阀灯亮后阀门出现明显撞击声,执行关闭动作瞬时断电后阀门自由下行至关阀灯亮等异常现象.经过数据分析后得出阀门采用的鼠笼式电装在无介质、蒸汽介质工况下运行惯量、断电后转动力矩过大,导致位置信号失去作用,引发阀门出现过开、过关等异常现象,严重损伤了阀门机械部分零件的使用寿命.经过调整阀门用鼠笼式电装后在无介质、有介质、蒸汽介质3 种不同工况下进行动作性能试验,均未出现阀门过开、过关等异常现象.本文对鼠笼式电装存在的表观现象进行汇总、分析.
When a certain type of gate valve used in nuclear power plant is checked for operation per-formance under three different working conditions:no medium,with medium and steam medium,when the opening action is performed under the working condition of no medium and steam medium,the valve appears obvious percussion sound after the opening valve light is on,and when the shutdown ac-tion is performed and the power is off immediately,the valve is free to go down and the valve light is on.After data analysis,it is concluded that the squirrel-cage electric installation used in the valve has too much operating inertia and rotating torque after power failure under the working condition of no me-dium or steam medium,resulting in the loss of the position signal,resulting in abnormal phenomena such as over-opening and clearance of the valve,which seriously damaged the service life of the valve mechanical parts.After adjusting the valve with the squirrel-cage electric assembly,the operation per-formance test was carried out under three different working conditions of no medium,with medium and steam medium,and no abnormal phenomenon such as valve over opening and clearance was found.This paper summarizes and analyzes the apparent phenomena of squirrel cage type electrical fittings.
