"卓工计划2.0"作为"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的升级版,是新工科发展中,突出产业需求导向、强调跨界融合、支撑服务社会,由校企共建的、突出产教融合的高水平工程技术人才培养计划.文章以地方应用型本科院校的省级一流专业建设点建筑学专业为例,探讨基于"卓工计划 2.0"的"强基·强创"人才培养模式,构建在此架构下的"一观·二练·三结合"实践创新能力培养体系,解析将真案例、真项目、真合作、真融合贯穿于"3 年校内+1 年校企+1 年企校"的分阶段、分层次人才培养体系,梳理面向"卓工计划2.0"人才培养的初步成效,以此为地方同层次应用型本科高校的"卓越工程师"培养提供参考.
"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program 2.0(EEETP 2.0)",as the upgraded version of"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program(EEETP)",is a high-level engineering and technical personnel training plan that highlights the orientation of industrial demand in the development of new engineering,emphasizes cross-border integration and can serve the society,and is jointly built by schools and enterprises and highlights the integration of industry and education.This paper discusses the"Strengthening the Foundation,Emphasizing the Practice(SFEP)"talent training model based on EEETP 2.0 by taking the architecture major of provincial first-class undergraduate major construction point in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges as an example.We have built a"Observe First,Then Practice,Finally Integrate(OFTPFI)"practice and innovation ability training system.The paper analyzes the phased and hierarchical talent training system of real cases,real projects,real cooperation and real integration throughout the"3-year campus+1-year school-enterprise+1-year enterprise-school".We sorted out the initial results of the training of talents facing EEETP 2.0,in order to provide reference for the training of"excellent engineers"in local application-oriented undergraduate universities at the same level.
