为开发天然、低毒类饲料添加剂,本试验以陕南野生蒲公英作为原料,采用超声辅助法提取蒲公英中绿原酸,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化.结果表明:蒲公英中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶12(g/mL),提取温度60 ℃,提取时间1.5 h,提取溶剂体积分数50%,此条件下,蒲公英中绿原酸平均得率为3.18%.对蒲公英中绿原酸的抗氧化活性以及稳定性进行研究,结果表明,蒲公英中绿原酸具有较好的抗氧化活性,其保存条件应在偏酸性且不宜与铜制品接触.此研究为将蒲公英中绿原酸进一步开发为天然低毒的功能性饲料提供理论参考.
In order to develop a natural and low-toxic feed additive,chlorogenic acid was extracted from dandelion by ultrasonic-assisted method using wild dandelion in southern Shanxi Province as raw material.The average yield of chlorogenic acid in dandelion was 3.18%when the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶12(g/mL),ex-traction temperature was 60 ℃,extraction time was 1.5 h and solvent volume fraction was 50%.The antioxidant activity and stability of chlorogenic acid in dandelion were investigated,and the results showed that chlorogenic acid in dandelion had good antioxidant activity,and its storage conditions should be acidic and not in contact with copper products.This study provided a theoretical reference for the further development of chlorogenic acid from dandelion as a natural and less toxic functional feed.
