测试21种中药乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果.通过乙醇回流法制备中药乙醇提取物,采用二倍梯度稀释法测定 21 种中药提取物的抗菌活性.在21种中药乙醇提取物中,铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌没有展现出明显的抑菌活性,然而金银花、红景天、大黄等13种乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌都表现出了明显的抑菌活性,MIC的范围为0.84~14.92 mg/mL,其中金银花的抑菌效果最好,其MIC为 0.84 mg/mL;金银花、桔梗、秦皮等8种乙醇提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌表现出了明显的抑菌活性,MIC的范围为 3.54~17.96 mg/mL,其中秦皮的抑菌效果最好,其MIC为3.54 mg/mL.在 21 种中药乙醇提取物中,金银花、红景天、大黄、桔梗、秦皮的抗菌效果最好,且这些药物对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌效果比革兰氏阴性菌好.
The paper evaluates the in vitro antibacterial effects of 21 traditional Chinese medicine ethanol extracts on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Escherichia coli.The traditional Chinese medicine ethanol extract was prepared by ethanol reflux method.The antibacterial activity of 21 extracts of Chinese herbs was determined by double gradient dilution method.Among the 21 ethanol extracts of traditional Chinese medicine,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli showed no significant antibacterial activity.However,13 ethanol extracts including honeysuckle,Rhodiola,and rhubarb showed significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,with a MIC range of 0.84-14.92 mg/mL;Among them,honeysuckle has the best antibacterial effect,with a MIC of 0.84 mg/mL;Eight ethanol extracts,including honeysuckle,platycodon grandiflorus,and Qinpi,have significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis,with a MIC range of 3.54-17.96 mg/mL;Among them,the ash bark has the best antibacterial effect,with a MIC of 3.54 mg/mL.Among the 21 ethanol extracts of traditional Chinese medicine,honeysuckle,Rhodiola,rhubarb,Platycodon grandiflorus,and the ash bark have the best antibacterial effects,and their antibacterial effects on Gram-positive bacteria are better than those on Gram-negative bacteria.
