以单体励磁爪极场调制(SECPFM)电机为例,使用仿真软件JMAG和MATLAB对电磁学课程中复杂抽象的磁路问题进行具体化分析,并应用于电机静态特性研究,降低了学生理解"场化路"的难度.首先,在JMAG软件中建立单体励磁爪极场调制电机的三维有限元模型,并根据结构尺寸参数确定电机定子、转子和定转子间气隙的等效磁导数值;然后,在MATLAB软件中建立三维等效磁网络模型,并分析电机静态特性;最后,通过有限元仿真和实验测试均验证了三维等效磁网络建模的准确性和对电机静态特性分析的有效性.该方法可应用于电磁学相关课程教学中磁路原理的分析,有助于学生拓展等效磁网络建模的思维并提高相关的科研实践能力.
By employing a case study of a single excitation claw-pole field modulation(SECPFM)machine,with the help of simulation software such as JMAG and MATLAB,the complex and abstract magnetic circuit problems can be analyzed in an intuitive manner,and applied to the static characteristics of motor research,thereby reducing the difficulty for students to comprehend the concept of"field path".The 3-dimensional finite element model of the SECPFM machine is established by using the JMAG software.The values of equivalent magnetic conductance for the stator,rotor,and air gap are determined based on the structural dimensions of the machine.Subsequently,a 3-dimensional equivalent magnetic network model is developed by using the MATLAB software for the analysis of the machine's static characteristics.The accuracy of the 3-dimensional equivalent magnetic network modeling and its effectiveness in analyzing the static characteristics of the machine are verified by comparing with the finite element simulation and experimental testing.This approach can be applied in the analysis of magnetic circuit principles in electromagnetic-related course instruction.It not only helps students broaden their comprehension of equivalent magnetic network modeling but also strengthens their practical research skills in related fields.
