为了解谷子白发病菌的田间发病条件,本研究通过3年田间试验,探究品种、茬口和播期对谷子白发病发病率的影响.第1年设9个谷子品种进行谷子白发病品种抗性研究,第2年设5个不同茬口(晋谷29)分析其对谷子白发病的影响,第3年设9个播期(晋谷29、前茬谷子)分析其对谷子白发病的影响.结果表明,石炮谷、红酒谷、汾选3号和白粱谷4个品种为白发病高抗品种;晋谷29为高感病品种,且其发病率与其他品种的差异极显著.重茬对谷子白发病的发病率影响较大,发病率高达49.2%,倒茬可以显著降低谷子白发病的发病率.播期对白发病的发病率影响极显著,调整播期可以降低白发病发病率.晋谷29播期在5月15日白发病发病率最低.
To understand the field disease conditions of Sclerospora graminicola in practice production,the effects of varieties,stubble and sowing date on the incidence of Sclerospora graminicola were investigated through 3 years field experiment.In the first year of this study,9 millet varieties were selected to study their resistance to Sclerospora graminicola.In the second year,5 millet varieties with different stubble(Jingu29)were selected to study their resistance to Sclerospora graminicola,in the third year,9 sowing dates of millet(Jingu29,millet before stubble)were set up to study the effect of Sclerospora graminicola.The results showed that 4 variteies inclueling Shipaogu,Hongjiugu,Fenxuan 3 and Bailianggu were highly resistant to the disease,and Jingu 29 was highly susceptible to the disease.The incidence rate of Sclerospora graminicola was 49.2%.The incidence rate of Sclerospora graminicola was significantly reduced by continuous cropping.The sowing date has a significant effect on the incidence of the disease.Adjusting the sowing date can control the incidence of the disease.The incidence of Sclerospora graminicola was the lowest on May 15 in Jingu 29.
