针对舰船上机械设备产生振动从而影响声隐身性能的问题,对振动主动控制中的执行机构展开研究.针对舰船上设备体积大、振动强等特点,设计并制造了一款体积小、出力大、结构紧凑的主被动一体化隔振器,并进行了特性试验及分析.结果表明:该款隔振器最大输出力可达700N,非线性度为-2%~2.5%,具有较高输出力与良好输入电流线性度.
Aiming at the problem of vibration of the mechanical equipment affecting the performance of acoustic stealth on the warship,the actuator and control algorithm in active vibration control are researched. Aiming at the characteristics of large size and strong vibration of warship,a novel hybrid vibration isolator with small size,large output and compact structure is designed and fabricated,and performance test and analysis are carried out. The results show that the maximum output force of the isolator is up to 700N and the nonlinearity is-2%~2.5%,so it has high output force and good linearity of input current.
