目的 了解不同高校公共卫生硕士研究生培养现状,探讨公共卫生硕士培养过程中存在的问题.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,从教育部学科评估不同水平(A类、B类、C类)的综合类高校中分别选取1所高校(A高校、B高校和C高校)的2020届毕业的部分全日制公共卫生硕士研究生作为调查对象,进行匿名电子问卷调查,共154名研究对象完成调查.采用x2检验和单因素方差分析检验比较不同高校在培养过程、教育管理、培养条件和培养结果等方面的差异.结果 A高校的公共卫生硕士研究生的课程结构设置、课程内容设置、课程进度及学习时间安排的合理性优于C高校及B高校,而B高校的社会实践参加情况优于A高校;教学规章制度及教育质量方面,A高校优于B高校及C高校;学位论文选题方面,A高校国家级课题选择比例最高;在第一作者发表文章数量方面,C高校及B高校发表文章数量高于A高校;而A高校1年内完成研究生毕业论文的比例高于C高校.结论 不同高校公共卫生硕士研究生培养质量存在差异,提高社会实践参与度、强化教育教学管理、优化课程设置和培养条件、加强导师队伍建设等能够在一定程度上提高公共卫生硕士研究生的培养质量.
Objective To investigate the cultivation situation and explore the existing problems of master of public health(MPH)among different colleges and universities.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to se-lect the sample from the MPH graduates of 2020 in different colleges and universities(A,B and C)according to sub-ject evaluation of The Ministry of Education,and an anonymous electronic questionnaire survey was conducted.A to-tal of 154 subjects completed the survey.The differences among different universities were compared by chi-square test and one-way analysis of variance in the aspects of the cultivation process,education management,cultivation con-dition and effect.Results The curriculum structure,curriculum content,course schedule and learning time arrange-ment of postgraduate of MPH in university A were more reasonable than those in university C and university B,while the participation in social practice in university B was better than that in university A.In terms of teaching re-gulations and education quality,university A was superior to university B and university C.In terms of the thesis topic selection,university A had the highest proportion of national subjects.For the number of articles published as the first author,the university C and university B was higher than that of university A.However,the proportion of gra-duates in university A who completed the graduate thesis within one year was higher than that in university C.Conclusion The different cultivation quality was found in MPH among different colleges and universities,and the cultivation quality might be improved by enhancing social practice participation,strengthening education manage-ment,optimizing curriculum setting and training conditions,improving the quality of tutors and so on.
