基于某既有工程砌体结构中取样的蒸压粉煤灰砖,通过回弹测试及抗压强度试验,研究了在不同竖向压力、试验方法、碳化程度下对回弹值的影响.参考现行相关标准及有关学者提出的测强曲线,将65 个标准试件试验得到的抗压强度值和回弹值进行数据回归拟合处理,提出适合该工程的回弹法推定蒸压粉煤灰砖抗压强度一般公式,并进行了相应的工程验证.结果表明,回弹值在30~37 的蒸压粉煤灰砖由该公式推定其抗压强度准确度较高,可为类似检测工程提供参考,对完善我国砌块强度检测标准具有参考价值.
Based on autoclaved fly ash bricks from an existing masonry structure in Heilongjiang Province,the relationship of rebound value of the vertical pressure,test method and carbonization degree was analyzed through rebound test and compressive strength test.Referring to the current standards and the intensity measurement curves proposed by relevant scholars,based on data regression fitting processing the experimental data of 65 standard specimens,a general calculation formula in Heilongjiang Province of compressive strength for autoclaved fly ash bricks in existing masonry is put forward.The results show that the intensity curve conversion of compressive strength is accurate for the rebound value range is30~37,and it can provide reference for similar testing projects,and has reference value for improving the testing standard of block strength in China.
