化学发光免疫分析(chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)是将化学发光测定和免疫反应结合起来的一种检测分析技术.与放射性免疫和酶联免疫相比,此方法具有更高的特异性和灵敏度,因此被广泛应用于临床医学、药物检测、环境监测等方面,但在动物疫病检测领域,CLIA仍处于发展阶段.CLIA大致分为直接化学发光免疫分析、化学发光酶免疫分析和电化学发光免疫分析.近年来,CLIA与新技术的联合以及纳米颗粒等新型材料的使用,显著推动了此检测技术在动物疫病上的应用.本文主要对CLIA的原理、分类、发展,以及该方法在动物病毒性、细菌性和寄生虫性疫病检测方面的研究进行综述,以期为CLIA在动物疫病检测中更深入的应用和发展提供参考.
Chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)is a detection and analysis technique combining chemiluminescence and immunoassay.Compared with radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),it is more specific and sensitive,widely used in clinical medicine,drug detection,environmental monitoring,etc.,but is still under development in the field of animal disease detection.CLIA includes direct chemiluminescent immunoassay,chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassayand electrochemiluminescent immunoassay.In recent years,CLIA has been widely used in detection of animal diseases as promoted by its combination with new techniques and the use of nanoparticles and other new materials.In the paper,the principle,classification and development of CLIA,as well as the researches on its detection of animal viral,bacterial,and parasitic diseases were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for its further application and development in animal disease detection.
