综述了材料微观结构和外部环境对Ⅳ型气瓶塑料内胆氢渗透特性的影响,归纳总结了聚合物内胆的氢渗透机理;详细分析了内胆屈曲塌陷和屈服起泡的相关研究进展;指出了目前国内外研究存在的不足,并对未来的研究方向作出展望.
The failure modes such as buckling collapse and yield blistering of the liner can greatly reduces the service life of a cyl-inder.This paper analyzed the influence of different factors on the hydrogen permeation of plastic liners from both internal and external aspects and summarized their hydrogen permeation mechanism.In addition,the corresponding research progress at home and abroad was introduced and the shortcomings were pointed out.Finally,the future research direction was prospected.
