航空整体结构件是航空器的重要组成部分,其制造过程中需要考虑多种因素,包括材料的选择、结构的设计和加工过程的控制等.其中,材料特性和结构特性对航空整体结构件数控加工变形具有重要影响.分析了航空整体结构件数控加工变形机理,探讨了基于有限元模型和数字孪生技术的加工变形预测方法,并提出了毛坯残余应力调控技术、加工参数优化、走刀路径优化和优化装夹布局等控制策略.
Aeronautical integral structure is an important part of aircraft.Many factors need to be considered in the manufacturing process,including material selection,structure design and pro-cess control.Among them,material properties and structural properties have an important influence on the CNC machining deformation of aviation integral structural parts.In this paper,the deforma-tion mechanism of CNC machining of aviation integral structural parts is analyzed,and the predic-tion method of machining deformation based on finite element model and digital twin technology is discussed.The control strategies such as blank residual stress control technology,machining param-eter optimization,tool path optimization and clamping layout optimization are proposed.
