为防治绿肥作物毛叶苕子上蚜虫危害,筛选出对毛叶苕子蚜虫高效配方,选择作用机理不同的吡虫啉和苦参碱,开展了最佳配比筛选及田间防治效果评价.结果表明,吡虫啉和苦参碱4种混配组合(有效成分含量之比分别为1∶10、1∶20、1∶40和1∶80)对毛叶苕子上棉蚜的毒力均表现为增效作用,其中1∶20组合的共毒系数最高,为376.14.选择该配比进行的田间药效试验表明,该混剂组合在有效成分用量为5.94 g/hm2时,药后3、7 d的防治效果均显著高于单剂,最高防效近80%,可作为今后混剂的开发或生产中防治毛叶苕子蚜虫的推荐药剂.
In order to control the aphids damage on a green manure crop of hairy vetch Vicia villosa Roth,and screen out highly efficient insecticide formula,imidacloprid and matrine with different action mechanisms were selected to screen the optimal ratio and evaluate the field control effect.The results showed that the four combinations of imidacloprid and matrine(the ratio of active ingredient content was 1∶10,1:20,1∶40 and 1:80,respectively)had obvious synergistic effect on the cotton aphids from V.villosa.Co-toxicity coefficients(CTC)1∶20 combination was the highest(376.14).It also showed that the mixture combination(1:20)had a better control effect on V.villosa aphid at the dose of 5.94 g/hm2.Control efficacies of three and seven days after insecticide application was significantly higher than those of two single control agents,and the maximum efficacy was nearly 80%.Therefore,it can be used as a recommended agent to control the aphids on the green manure crop of V.villosa.
