生活垃圾填埋场或简易堆场的渗滤液渗漏会引起严重的土壤污染,而渗滤液渗漏及紫花苜蓿修复对土壤有机碳矿化与微团聚体的影响鲜有报道.本研究调查了不同剂量渗滤液污染土壤的氨氮、阳离子交换量(CEC)、有机碳和微团聚体的动态响应特征,并对比了紫花苜蓿对渗滤液污染土壤的有机碳和微团聚体的影响.结果表明,紫花苜蓿可显著降低渗滤液污染土壤的氨氮、CEC和有机碳,同时促进土壤有机碳矿化与提高微团聚体的稳定性.由此可知,紫花苜蓿对渗滤液污染土壤具有综合性修复效果.
Leachate leakage from municipal solid waste landfills or simple storage yards will cause serious soil pollution,while the effects of leachate leakage and alfalfa remediation on soil organic carbon mineralization and microaggregates have rarely been reported.This study analyzed the dynamic response characteristics of ammonia nitrogen,cation exchange capacity(CEC),organic carbon and microaggregate of soil contaminated by leachate at different doses,and compared the effects of alfalfa on organic carbon and microaggregate of soil contaminated by leachate.The results showed that alfalfa could significantly reduce ammonia nitrogen,CEC and organic carbon in leachate contaminated soil,and promote the mineralization of organic carbon and the formation of microaggregates.This study confirmed that alfalfa had comprehensive remediation effects on leachate-contaminated soil.
