[EN] The aim of this thesis is to study the sources of damage in silicon sensors, in particular the ones dedicated to Charge Couples Devices (CCDs) at DAMIC and DAMIC-M. This work is made with the idea of future applications in the CCDs of the DAMIC-M (Dark Matter In CCDs at Modane) experiment in order to improve the performance of the Dark Matter search; to accomplish this objective, a review of the state of the art for the different techniques used for the treatment of such damage is done. Besides, a study of the dark current and its dependence on the temperature for real data obtained at DAMIC is included, observing a linear dependence at first instance.
