Memristor model can be used in so many applications specially neuromorphic. Neuromorphic related to VLSI field, this model can be implemented as synapses as hardware in neuromorphic system. This paper presents synaptic behaviour of two dissimilar memristors connected in series and single memristor and we found that the data transfer rate and power of two dissimilar memristors connected in series are better than single memristor. In single memristor, power and the time duration are $225\mu {W}$ and 4sec, respectively, while, in the two dissimilar memristors, power and the time duration are $85\mu {W}$ and 0. 2 sec at $\beta$=0.05. However, not happen at other case of $\beta$ like $\beta$ is less than 0.05 and $\beta$ is greater than 0.05. System’s speed has improved because of improvement in the data transfer rate.
