International audience; We study a simplified model for two–phase flow in porous media, where the medium is made of two (or more) different rock types. Each rock type is a subdomain with a distinct capillary pressure function so that the saturation becomes discontinuous across the interface between the different regions. This leads to the phenomenon of capillary trapping (see [12] or [4]).
