The Casino calc-alkaline porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit, located within the Yukon-Tanana terrane in west-central Yukon, is hosted in Late Cretaceous quartz monzonite of the Casino suite. It is unique among Canadian porphyry Cu deposits in that it has a substantially preserved outcropping leached cap. Samples of stream sediment and water were collected at 22 sites over a period of eight days in September 2017 around the deposit in order to determine if the metal zoning of elements associated with the porphyry copper system is reflected in the geochemical composition of the
