Clinical History: An 82-year-old patient presented with progressive and painless swelling in the medial canthus of the right eye, which was tender and slightly fluctuating at clinical inspection. He previously had several local recurrences of sinonasal adenocarcinoma in the ethmoidal sinus, for which he received multiple endoscopical resections.
