In this paper, we proposed the instructional design and evaluation method of game-basedlearning for business administration. We also discussed educational effects and some problemswith practical examples.Game-based learning is classified as a complementary method to traditional educationtechniques for management education; lectures, exercises and case method. Playing managementsimulation game with intent to learn, students can comprehensively utilize the knowledge ofvarious subjects they have learned in lectures.From the questionnaire results in our case study, the original goal of teaching, such asimprovement of systematic understanding of business administration and learning motivation, aregenerally achieved, and effectiveness of game-based learning can be confirmed.
