A quasi-optical spatial power combining system, which combines four beams into one beam based on reflectarray at 94 GHz is designed in this paper. Utilizing the reflectarray to transform multiple beams to Gaussian beam can provide desirable power for several applications. The simulated results are presented to validate the feasibility of the architecture. Moreover, its final power combining efficiency can reach 81.88% at 94 GHz.
