Aim: To analyze the causes that cause different neonatal outcomes after cesarean section due to nonreassuring fetal status. Objectives: To analyze the factors that led to the selection of an emergency cesarean section due to nonreassuring fetal status in women who give birth for the first time. 2. Analyze the outcome of neonatal births following a cesarean section suspected of nonreassuring fetal status (Apgar scores, birth weight). 3. To evaluate the distribution of cesarean section performed due to nonreassuring fetal status by Robson classification. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was carried out to analyze cesarean sections (SC) performed due to nonreassuring fetal status (NFS) during delivery in Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Clinics in 2017 and 2018 period. Selection criteria: first childbirth, 37-42 weeks of pregnancy, single pregnancy, no fetal abnormalities. The selected cases are divided into two groups: the first group (I) - the urgent CS, followed by the newborns with Apgar 0-6 scores after 1 minute and the second (II) in the newborns 7 to 10 scores after 1 minute. Statistical data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 20.0. p 4.8 mmol / l. In the first group, only 50% of subjects were diagnosed with FHR 4.8 mmol/l, FHR
