Giant coronary artery aneurysms are a rare manifestation of coronary artery disease and are defined by an aneurysmal diameter of20 mm. Multimodal invasive and noninvasive imaging is required for accurate assessment We describe a case of multivessel giant coronary artery aneurysms noted during angiography for myocardial infarction. (
