This study is interested in comparing the effects of a mindfulness program and a control program on mental health, responsibility, academic success and perseverance* in college, especially about hybrid teaching devices. Each week, participants will receive four audios to listen to, lasting roughly 5 minutes, as well as a challenge to bring practice into the students’ daily lives. The program lasts eight weeks. It will be displayed on an online course on Moodle for Limoge’s University students. To test their effects, a questionnaire including several measures will be used as pre-test and post-test measures. Our program has been developed to enhance mindfulness skills and responsibility. To verify these assumptions we will measure via different scales the concepts above at pre- and post-test. The scales used are described in the “measured variables” of this pre-registration. * Here the term “perseverance” is used as a contrary of “drop-out”.
