Under the background of China's basic education curriculum reform, based on the concept of flipped classroom, with the help of the continuous improvement of online teaching and practising system of the Affiliated Middle School of Henan Normal University, concerning students’ cognitive characteristics and disciplines of information technology class, combined with the information technology teaching and "flipped classroom" teaching model, the Flipped Classroom Model of Information Technology Based on Online Teaching System is forged. The results of the questionnaire survey and the comparison of the results of examinations of two term graduates showed that the flipped teaching model of information technology, with the aid of the online teaching and practising system, has improved the classroom learning performances.
