The purpose of this study was to describe a case series of hypopyon after periorbital corticosteroid injection. This was a retrospective, observational case series investigating hypopyon cases after injection of periorbital steroid patients. We presented three patients manifested hypopyon after periocular corticosteroid injection. All three cases were diagnosed as HSV stromal keratitis or endotheliitis and treated successfully with topical steroids as well as systemic and topical antiviral treatment.HSV keratitis is not recommend when treated with periocular corticosteroid injection. Topical corticosteroid is the best choice for HSV stromal keratitis and HSV endotheliitis.
