The calcaneus is the largest tarsal bone and the only tarsal bone that ossifies secondary and touches the ground. It is of great importance that the calcaneus be healthy in maintaining the body biomechanics properly. It is also a bone where many deformities and trauma damages can be seen. In this retrospective study, lateral foot radiography images of a total of 540 adult individuals, 137 (25.4%) men and 403 (74.6%) women, who had no history of trauma, pathology or deformity in the calcaneus, were examined bilaterally. A total of 8 length and 6 angle measurements were made on these images. The measurement results obtained in the study were analyzed with the SPSS 21 program, and the correlations of the parameters between lateralization, gender, age groups (20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-65 years) and each The correlation of the parameters with each other was evaluated. Statistically significant differences were found between the sexes in all length measurements. Except for the calcaneal compression angle and the lateral talocalcaneal angle on the right side, there was no statistically significant difference between the genders in other angle measurements (p>0.05). Statistically significant values on the right side were found to be higher in the maximum height of the calcaneus, calcaneal inclination angle and lateral talocalcaneal angle parameters (p
