The article discusses a study to determine the link between obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and the poor response to sertraline in patients with coronary heart disease. OSAHS refers to a chronic, sleep-related breathing disorder characterized by recurrent complete blockage or partial blockage of the upper airway. The results showed that OSAHS is associated with a relatively poor response to antidepressant medication.
