This retrospective study assessed the effect of half-dose photodynamic therapy on chronic central serous chorioretinopathy using optical coherence tomography angiography and provided direct evidence that the treatment effect is compromised by the presence of pretreatment macular neovascularization and that the growth of macular neovascularization occurs 6 months posttreatment.
