The article reports that Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) was working with Axiell to build its own Reading Business Services (RBS) to allow blind and partially sighted (BPS) readers to buy and borrow books from RNIB. It states that RNIB was in re-engineering process of its business to aim advantage of the opportunities by information technology (IT) developments. It adds that Axiell was promoted to think more creatively on the user interface for OpenGalaxy by working with RNIB.
