The article focuses on a research on targeting leucine-rich repeat–containing G protein–coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) cells with an antibody-drug conjugate for the treatment of colon cancer. It discusses potential of tumor efficacy and safety of one antibody-drug conjugate in vivo and decrease in tumor size and proliferation.
