The article examines Bill 6, which received its third reading in the British Columbia legislature in relation to fire coverage following earthquake and terrorist events. Fire coverage for fire resulting from an earthquake is discussed in terms of the application of fire deductibles. Shake damage is cited as another problem arising from an earthquake. Reason for terrorism exclusions is presented along with provisions of Bill 6, section 28.5 subsection (3) on "dirty bomb."
