A case study of a 69 years old female patient who is diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes is presented. Topics discussed include Histological analysis of tissue biopsies revealed strong tissue remodeling at affected sites including fibrosis; flow cytometry of peripheral blood leukocytes; and patient provided signed informed consent for the acquisition and publication of data regarding patient condition.
