The article presents a case study of a 32-year-old, 28 weeks pregnant woman who was diagnosed with fetal intrapericardial teratoma. It says that the fetus is observed to have large pericardial effusion and an echogenic cystic mass, which is suspected that arise from the right atrium after fetal cardiography. It adds that the rare case of cardiac tumor can lead to the rapid progression of fetal hydrops.
