The article offers study of several clonal evolutionary pattern analysis of paediatric acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) based on B-cell receptor/T-cell receptor (BCR/TCR) genes to trace the clonality. Topics include diagnosis of patients and mapping of RNA sequencing to the BCR/TCR sequence database; and study highlights the power of examining the BCR/TCR gene rearrangement using transcriptome sequencing and insights into paediatric ALL evolution and disease progression.
