A technology is developed under MMK conditions for industrial production of steel 18KhGNMFTR plate 9-25 mm thick for platforms of heavy-duty quarry dump trucks and mining equipment. The set of mechanical properties is achieved by thermal improvement (double quenching and tempering) by which property stability is achieved with the formation of a uniform fine-grained martensitic microstructure.
