The article presents a case study of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (MF) associated with GATA2 deficiency in a 28-year-old man with repeated bacterial folliculitis. The study found that MonoMAC syndrome is more uncommon but its mortality can be as high as 28%. The effect of Notch signalling is known to be mediated by the early transcription factor GATA2.
