The article reports that disruptions presented challenges to rapid antiretroviral therapy (ART) initiation leads to improved clinical and immunological outcomes and reduces community transmission. Topics include essential to limit the size and diversity of the viral reservoir and retain immunological responses for HIV cure efforts; and adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with acute HIV infection (AHI), who may present with heightened immune responses.
