This project aims to automate the reactor process of bio carbon charcoal production in industries in an efficient manner. At present the current industries are using a process that has many drawbacks including human errors which leads to low quality of the final product, also the method is not cost-efficient. The new method that we propose is completely automated and eco-friendly. This is achieved by the use of sensors & actuators. While Automating the process, to get back the effluent gas (CH4 gas) for use as Fuel for further process. This is achieved by the use of sensors & actuators based upon the temperature of the process and Simulating the Process in the LabView Software With respect to the temperature the valves act accordingly for the process. This gas is focused on the firing area via pipes and the external fuel is cut off, thus reducing the cost for fuel by 50%. The manpower required can be reduced by 80% and there will be no room for human error. Hence the quality of the final product will be good and there will be no pollution to the environment. By-product produced also has good values in the market and there will be no waste in this process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
