B Learning Objectives: b PMZ-2010 (centhaquin), has been found to be an effective resuscitative agent in rat, rabbit and swine models of hemorrhagic shock. All subjects received standard treatment for shock and were randomly assigned to either control cohort (N=15) that received standard treatment along with normal saline or PMZ-2010 cohort (N=19) that received standard treatment along with PMZ-2010. Serum creatinine (mg/dL) decreased from 0.78 ± 0.08 at baseline to 0.54 ± 0.04 (p=0.0277) at end of study in control and from 1.16 ± 0.12 at baseline to 0.68 ± 0.05 (p=0.0021) at end of study in PMZ-2010 cohort.
