The article presents a case study which aims to measure the performance of virtual learning environment (VLE) systems in higher education, which helps the decision makers to choose the correct system for their institutions. It notes the development of an integrated multiple criteria decision making approach to measure and select the best system. The study showed that the performance of a VLE system being used at the university is the best system to be used in instititions.
