The article presents a study on stage shift prediction based on the result of breast cancer screening in low and middle income countries(LMIC). Methods used first calculating the proportional performance rates, second, a linear regression was used to assess the association between Z and stage shift and lastly hypothesizing how the Z could be used to estimate stage shifts. Results showed that stage shift can be estimated through proportional performance rates (Zs) using linear regression.
