The article presents the author's views on the article "Is It Appropriate to Treat Sarcoma Metastases With Intramedullary Nailing?" published in a previous issue. He opines that the most-informative report that intramedullary fixation was the definitive surgical procedure in 85% of patients and is justifiable is provided in the study.
