The article offers information on the differential expression profile of microRNAs related to the progression of human breast cancer. It mentions that the MicroRNAs regulate the gene expression negatively whereas its deregulation is associated with the cancer progression. It also discusses the data obtained by using various bioinformatics software such as R, Cluster and Tree View which enabled the sample discrimination by hierarchical clustering of breast cancer expression signatures.
